Visit us at us.nttdata.com NTT DATA's Client is seeking a Ops SASE Support candidate to provide operational support for cybersecurity technologies, mainly CrowdStrike, Zscaler, Checkpoint Harmony, and other in scope. Communicate plans and routine updates on tasks and projects, open and escalate issues/risks. Schedule and lead working group meetings, including preparation of meeting agendas and meeting minutes. Track and follow-up on action items to closure. Provide ad-hoc operational support. Ensure that all integration of functions meet business goals. Identify problem causality, business impact and root causes. Advise or mentor junior team members Coordinate with cross-functional Operations and Technology (O&T) counterparts and teams to improve O&T risk oversight Ensure non-compliant items are addressed through coordination with Business Manager and business staff Establish communication channels with cross-sector partners to efficiently tackle security issues that span multiple businesses Qualifications: 6+ years of relevant experience Experience at a bank or financial institution preferred Strong experience in Cyber Security and antivirus/malware technologies in the following technologies (CrowdStrike, Trellix, Zscaler) Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication Knowledge of Scripting and Programming Languages preferred Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply information security policies, standards and procedures Proven influencing and relationship management skills Education: Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience Master's degree preferred Must Have skills: Hands on Experience on ZPA, ZIA and ZDX platforms as admin and troubleshooting (more analyst role than design-deployment) ZIA: experience on SCIM sync, Website exceptions, SIPA creation and understanding how it works and its integration with ZPA, Custom blocks, SSL Decryption. ZPA: experience and knowledge on PSE, app connectors, traffic analytics, SIPA, application bypass, troubleshooting connections. ZDX: administration and troubleshoot on users enrolled on Zscaler. Would be great to focus on that experience and if they have FW/proxy is a plus.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $50/hour. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
