Location: Fort Worth, TX - with Hybrid flexibility
Salary Range:
Junior Level: $65,000 - $75,000
Senior Level: $80,000 - $100,000

Job Details
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Tax Preparer to join a well-established firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts, while ensuring compliance with current tax laws. This position is ideal for both junior and senior-level tax professionals looking to contribute to a dynamic and supportive team.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts.
Analyze financial information and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Identify and address potential tax issues or discrepancies.
Research tax laws and stay updated on changes to provide accurate advice to clients.
Assist in tax planning and strategy development for clients.
Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary documentation and resolve any questions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in tax preparation (for junior level) or 5+ years (for senior level).
Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations.
CPA license preferred but not required.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
