This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in technical documentation, process documentation, Generative AI experimentation, SharePoint site management, dashboard creation, and department finance KPI report creation Responsibilities Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation for various projects. Develop and update process documentation to ensure clarity and consistency. Collaborate with the team to experiment with and implement Generative AI solutions. Manage and update the department's SharePoint site, ensuring information is current and accessible. Create and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics and data. Assist in the creation of department finance KPI reports. Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions. Conduct research and provide insights on best practices in technical writing, AI technologies, SharePoint management, and data visualization. Support other tasks as needed to ensure the success of the team. Qualifikationen Qualifications / Education Education To qualify for this internship opportunity, you must be a rising junior, senior enrolled in in a Bachelor's program. Preferred concentrations are: Computer Science, Engineering, Technical Writing, Information Technology, Data Science, Finance, or a related field. Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic understanding of technical documentation and process documentation. Interest in and basic knowledge of Generative AI technologies. Familiarity with SharePoint or similar content management systems. Experience with dashboard creation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. Basic understanding of finance and key performance indicators (KPIs). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
