We are seeking a dynamic and driven Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to our litigation team, ensuring the smooth running of our legal operations. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

As a Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Providing comprehensive administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and managing correspondence.
2. Utilizing your expertise in calendaring deadlines to ensure all court dates, deadlines, and appointments are accurately recorded and complied with.
3. Preparing and editing legal documents and correspondence, ensuring all materials are accurate and professionally presented.
4. Conducting legal research and gathering case-related information as required.
5. Assisting in the preparation of court filings and ensuring all documents are filed in a timely manner.
6. Maintaining an organized and up-to-date filing system for all legal documents.
7. Liaising with clients, court personnel, and other legal professionals in a professional and courteous manner.
8. Assisting in the preparation for trials, depositions, and meetings.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant within a law firm environment.
2. Proficiency in calendaring deadlines, with a proven track record of managing complex schedules and meeting deadlines.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and court personnel.
4. Strong organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
6. Experience in preparing and editing legal documents and correspondence.
7. A strong understanding of legal research techniques and legal terminology.
8. A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. This position is an onsite/in-office position in Dallas, TX 75219
