Job Title: Legal Executive / Personal Assistant to the CEO
Location: Downtown Los Angeles (DTLA)

Position Overview:
A renowned and prestigious law firm located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles is seeking a highly organized and professional Legal Executive / Personal Assistant to the CEO to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the CEO and assist with various administrative, legal, and operational tasks within the firm. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and possess exceptional multitasking and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the CEO.
Manage and coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.
Assist with legal documents and correspondence.
Organize and maintain files, records, and documents in accordance with firm policies.
Act as a liaison between the CEO, clients, and other stakeholders.
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Translate documents and communications between English and Spanish as needed.
Manage office logistics and communicate with vendors, staff, and clients.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the CEO.
Qualifications:

Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
Proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role in a legal or corporate environment.
Strong understanding of legal terminology and documents is a plus.
Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Professional demeanor and the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
High degree of discretion and confidentiality.
