The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining system functionality, providing user support, and ensuring data integrity across various departments. You will collaborate closely with IT, finance, operations, and other teams to enhance ERP processes and implement improvements that drive organizational efficiency.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: System Management:Administer and maintain the ERP system, ensuring optimal performance and availability.Monitor system health and address any issues proactively.User Support:Provide technical support to end-users, resolving inquiries and troubleshooting system issues.Conduct training sessions for staff on ERP functionalities and best practices.Coordinate and manage ERP vendor supportData Management:Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the ERP system.Manage data imports, exports, and integrations with other software systems.Process Improvement:Analyze existing ERP processes and workflows; identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and enhancements.Reporting and Analytics:Partner with Data & Analytics personnel to generate regular and ad-hoc reports to provide insights to management and stakeholders.Utilize ERP analytics tools to support decision-making processes.Documentation:Audit comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and user manuals.Update and manage system protocols and procedures as necessary.Project Participation:Assist in ERP-related projects, including upgrades and system migrations.Collaborate with vendors and consultants on system enhancements and troubleshooting.Compliance and Security:Ensure ERP compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.Manage user access and permissions to maintain data securityAdditional Duties (other duties may be assigned as required): Support and assist with infrastructure upgrades, including but not limited to: load-balancing, high-availability, redundant failure-pathsMonitor systems / solutions for performance issues or errors requiring correctionMigrate and decommission legacy assets in line with EOLRequirementsSkills & Requirements Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, related field or equivalent experience. Proven experience as an ERP Administrator or in a similar role.Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., Infor Visual or other similar product).Proficient in SQL and data analysis tools.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Desire to improve about all aspects of manufacturing businessThe Ideal candidate will possess the following skills: Experience with ERP implementations and upgrades.Familiarity with project management methodologies.ERP certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) is a plus.We are looking for people who are highly motivated with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
