Unlike some driver positions, this one gives you a better idea of the number of miles and hours each week holds, which meansyou'llhave a better idea of what to expect in every paycheck. And because you know your customers and their typical freight load, you'll never be surprised or slowed down by unusual shipments.

• Competitive pay:
• Selected routes average between $1,288 - $1,730 per week / $67,000 - $90,000 per year
• Starting pay is .59 cpm
• Average 2,000 miles per week
• $20.25 stop pay
• Average 5-8 stops per week
• Detention and breakdown pay available
• Home daily with some day and night positions
• Start and end times depend on selected route
• Five-day work week, Thursday- Monday route with 2 consecutive days off on Tuesday and Wednesday
• Hauling food products, miscellaneous goods, and furniture to big box retail store locations in GA, NC and SC
• Mix of reefer and dry van - reefer experience not needed, training will be provided
• 100% no touch freight
• Drivers able to bid on new routes twice a year
• Re-bid on routes will take place in late March, all drivers will have an opportunity to pick a route by seniority that best fits their schedule

    • Drivers must live within a 75-mile radius
    • Must have 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
    • Drivers must have Class A CDL
    • Must be 21 years of age or older
    • No convictions for reckless driving within the past 5 years
    • No convictions for DUI within the past 5 years
    • No suspensions or revocations within the last 5 years
    • No serious violations within the previous 12 months (15 mph or greater, following too closely, improper passing, traffic offense committed in a CMV in connection with fatality)
    • No more than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years
    • No preventable DOT recordable accidents within the past 3 years Essential functions:
      • Open/Close Trailer Doors - force requirement: 46 lbs
      • Count freight
      • Complete fuel tickets
      • Obtain sales leads
      • Hook/Unhook trailer - force requirement: 90lbs(Class A Only)
      • Perform pre-trip inspections
      • Drive
      • Regular predictable attendance
      • Enter/Exit a Commercial Motor Vehicle
