Virtual Executive Assistant - Remote Position

About the Role:

We are seeking proactive and tech-savvy Virtual Executive Assistants to join our expanding team. If you're an experienced executive assistant looking for a flexible remote opportunity where you can make a significant impact, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage calendars and scheduling to ensure smooth daily operations
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking accommodations and creating detailed itineraries
Oversee social media management and foster meaningful engagement with audiences
Create high-quality, professional PowerPoint presentations for meetings and projects
Handle invoicing, payment processing, and ensure timely submission of expense reports
Provide top-tier client care and support, ensuring all needs are met
Assist with light event planning and coordination, ensuring flawless execution
Manage and organize email correspondence to ensure nothing is missed
Help create and maintain clear and detailed procedural documents
Manage newsletters, preparing content for distribution

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an administrative or executive assistant
Fully equipped home office with:
A computer with the full version of MS Office 365
High-speed internet access
A smartphone with email capability
A computer with a functioning webcam for virtual meetings
Proficiency with cloud-based tools (e.g., Google Workspace, project management software)
Excellent time management and organizational skills
A high level of professionalism and confidentiality
Additional Information:

This is a 1099 contractor position, fully remote
A background check will be required prior to contracting
Availability during regular business hours (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.) is required
This is not a project-based role and cannot be done alongside a full-time job
