Cardiovascular Interventional Technologist - (Cardio - CI Tech - CVIT)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 10 D Pay Rate: $1624.87 - $1780.44

Interventional Radiology-Vascular Interventional Technologist-South needed ASAP BLS - required. 1 year experience The Interventional Radiology Technologist is a skilled person qualified by technological education to provide patient services using diagnostic equipment under the supervision of a doctor of medicine. The technologist will be required to Scrub/Assist the physician during procedures. Performs related duties as assigned. Required education: High school diploma or equivalent and one of the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) prerequisites for education and required clinical experience. Required licensure: Requires a registry or registry eligible status with the ARRT. Required certifications: Must have a current American Heart Association BLS Heart saver Card or obtain within probationary period. Other: Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Requirements: This individual must be capable of walking long distances, and standing while wearing lead. Equipment Used: Siemens Fluoroscopy, GE CT scanner, and Ultrasound.

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Sterile technique, scrub experience is required, (Very important that they are proficient with scrub techniques)
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Neuro experience preferred but not required, CT experience
• Type of Patients on Unit: We do everything from the head to the toes minus the heart.
• Personality Fit: Easy going and willing to be busy.
