What You’ll Be Doing:

• Teach Kids to Swim: Using our awesome aquatics program, you’ll guide students of all ages through the basics and beyond.
• Make a Difference: Build connections with families, helping kids not only learn to swim but love it!
• Create Memories: Every kid leaves with confidence and a smile, and you’ll be part of that magic.
• Be Part of the Team: Work closely with your team to set up classes, check water quality, manage the pool deck, and keep things running smoothly.

What You Need:

• A love for swimming! You don’t need to be an expert, but you should be comfortable in the water.
• A passion for working with kids and seeing them succeed.
• A positive, upbeat attitude—because having fun is part of the job!
• Availability on weekend mornings (8:30am-2pm) and weekday afternoons (starting at 3:30pm).
• The ability to commute to our pool locations.
