**Job Summary:**

**The Student Worker International Student Assistants** will be responsible for a portion of the international student communication plan as well as regular office duties and Recruitment duties. Daily duties and responsibilities include communicating with prospective and current students through phone calls, text messages and emails. Schedule and confirm appointments with staff. Greet & provide exceptional customer service to our guests. Engage in on and off campus recruiting events as well as help with inventory and preparation for such events. Candidates must be currently registered and enrolled as a student at AHU. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

**You Will Be Responsible For:**

Demonstrates behaviors at AdventHealth University in harmony with the Core Values - **Nurture, Excellence, Spirituality, and Stewardship.**

+ Conducts phone call campaigns for prospective, applicants and current students.

+ Ensures student and prospect data accuracy and integrity in Goldmine. Provides input for the communications initiatives in Goldmine.

+ Engages in on and off campus recruiting events. Helps with inventory and preparations for such events.

+ Schedules and confirms appointments and interviews.

+ Builds and maintains quality interactions with Faculty and Staff members.

+ Represents the department and abides by Enrollment and Admissions code of conduct and hospitality standards at all times.

+ Regular secretarial work to be done daily.

Qualifications

**What You Will Need:**

**Required:**

+ Current acceptance as an AHU student

+ Must be currently registered and enrolled as a student at AHU

+ Proficient use of computers

+ Excellent organizational skills

+ Excellent oral and written communication skills

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
