Solar Pool Installation Technicians

A Solar Crew Member is primarily responsible for assisting in a clean and quality system installation. They must work diligently while keeping safety top of mind. You will work safely by utilizing safety harnesses, lanyards, and ropes. These safety tools are required for all roofing work. You will complete assignments as directed by of the Crew Chief and or Operations Manager.

• Stocking the truck each morning with materials required for the day's project, assist in organizing crew's work truck materials
• Installing solar pool panels, plumbing PVC piping for system, ad trenching when required
• Assisting crew chief with any duties as needed to complete the job
• Onsite job cleanup, cleaning the work vehicles, and inventorying trucks and warehouse materials

• Able to climb ladders and work safely on roof tops
• Be a strong team player
• Ability to trench for underground plumbing
• Work in outdoor conditions (Heat of the summer and cooler weather in the winter)
• Work with a good attitude wanting to learn

• Strong customer service skills
• Desire to exceed customer's expectations
• Clean DMV record and Driver's license
• Drug-free workplace
• Ability to handle physical workload, including lifting up to 50 lbs
