Senior Business Systems Analyst :
- Gather and analyze business requirements from various units
- Translate business needs into clear specifications for programmers and developers
- Collaborate with clients to understand their information processing and computational requirements
- Coordinate and integrate computer systems within the organization to enhance compatibility and information sharing
- Consult with management to ensure alignment on system principles
- Modify and expand systems to accommodate new purposes or improve workflows
- Utilize industry-standard methodologies to elicit functional and non-functional requirements
Required Skills and Experience :
- At least 7-10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
- Proven track record in projects for major companies within the following industries: Banking, Mortgage, Finance, Financial Services (payment processing/funding)
- Atlassian tools, specifically both Confluence and Jira
- Ability to write user stories and acceptance criteria using industry-standard methodologies
- Experience in creating workflows and diagrams for complex solutions
