We put you first: Salary range for Safety Facilitator: starting at $28 / hour, based on skills and experience Schedule: Must be able to work Monday - Friday, day shift, with the expectation of having to do the occasional night shift for training Profit sharing plan Telemedicine, Group insurance and pension plan with company contributions Employee assistance program (because we care about the physical and mental health of our people) Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility in Warrenton, as the Safety Facilitator: Champions safety policies, procedures and programs Track and record safety incident data Control, update, and distribute safety documentation including SOPs (standard operating procedures), LOTO (lock out tag out) documentation, and training documentation Perform audits of departments and systems as required Facilitate safety walks through each department with the management team Work with the team to put together OHS action plan and goals for the year Set up, run, and manage the OHS committee Provide safety trainings and new hire safety orientations Evaluate new supplier materials for compliance with safety regulations Aid in safety investigations Any other duties as required by manager or supervisor There's nobody quite like you!
