We are looking for a Registered Dietitian to join our Ebenezer Culinary Nutrition team! This RD position will provide oversight and assistance to two Ebenezer senior care and living communities (Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living) at Ebenezer Ridges Care Center and Meadows on Fairview, located in Burnsville and Wyoming, MN. Complete training and audits and assist in the development of organizational standards for diets and textures, nutrition education, and clinical related areas. This nutrition management position includes;
80 hours every two weeks
Full time, Day shift
Weekends as needed

Meadows on Fairview Senior Living, is Ebenezer’s 51 Unit Assisted Living and Transitional Care Community located in Wyoming, MN near Highway 35, County Roads 8, and 61. Conveniently across the street from Fairview Lakes Hospital and Dialysis center offering a full continuum of care for our residents. Responsibilities/Job Description:
Meets resident's nutrition needs
Follows residents in TCU and those that are more clinically complex which include residents with Tube Feedings, Dialysis, weight loss and wounds
Completes dietary section of the weekly Medicare assessment for designated residents
Menu Development
Kitchen Audits
Care Plan Audits
Preceptor for Students
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree: List – Nutrition or Related Field; Required
Registered Dietician/Licensed Dietician ; Required
1-3 Years Experience; Required
Ability to use technology in the form of computer data entry and ability to navigate designated software program as well as hand held devices, work cell phones, printers and copy machines; Required %{{advertiserId}}% %%{{category}}%%
