Working 100% onsite in Boca Raton , you'll support the hiring needs of retail teams, ensuring they have the talent to succeed during this critical growth period.

This position is ideal for professionals currently on the market who can commit to a short-term contract while leveraging their skills in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and craft tailored recruiting strategies.
• Create, post, and manage job openings across multiple platforms to attract top talent.
• Actively source candidates using creative methods, including direct outreach, networking, and online platforms.
• Screen and assess applicants to ensure alignment with role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, provide hiring managers with actionable insights, and maintain clear communication with candidates.
• Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth start for new hires.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Use data-driven insights to track recruitment progress and continuously improve processes.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: At least 3 years in high-volume recruiting, ideally in retail, corporate, or agency environments.
• Skills: Proven success sourcing and filling roles in fast-paced industries, with strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with ATS platforms and modern recruiting tools.
• Mindset: A team player who thrives under pressure, solves problems independently, and works with a sense of urgency.
• Commitment: Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and the ability to dedicate 90 days onsite in Boca Raton.
• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
