Experis IT ManpowerGroup has partnered with a leading Global Multinational Professional Services company in the Huntington Beach, CA area for a Contract -  Procurement Specialist role to assist their team. This is an on-site role.

Shift: M-F 8am-5pm
Pay range: $40-$45 per hour.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist/Consultant to support our client in optimizing procurement, sourcing, and supplier relationship management processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in procurement strategy, vendor negotiations, and building strong supplier partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective procurement strategies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify sourcing needs and opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to ensure optimal value and performance.
• Analyze procurement data to drive cost savings and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Required Skillset:

• Experience: 5+ years in Procurement, Sourcing, and/or Supplier Relationship Management.
• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices and tools.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in analyzing procurement and vendor performance data.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with suppliers in the Los Angeles area.
• Background in the manufacturing, retail, or service industries is a plus.
