We are seeking an Industrial / Commercial Cleaning Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment, providing specialized cleaning services to the industrial and commercial sectors. Lots of room for moving up!!

This position is physically demanding, walking, lifting, standing, reaching, bending also use of hand tools and power tools.

SHIFT: Must be flexible for night shift. Start time and finish times will vary.

• Must be able to work as a team to provide industrial cleaning services to meet customer expectations.
• Perform heavy cleaning duties such as pressure washing, use of hand tools and various equipment to scrape, shovel, vacuum and remove grease, garbage, debris and water
• Pressure Washing underground garages,garbage bins and shutes, graffiti removal, kitchen grease duct cleaning etc.
• Heights work on ladders and rooftops.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks
• Must be flexible with start and finish times, weekdays and also some weekends.
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
• must complete hand-written services reports, time tickets and repair requests
• load and unload equipment and tools from service truck to job site

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience injanitorial cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields. Mechanical or HVAC experience an asset.
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• must have minimum G2 Ontario drivers license with clean drivers record
• physically demanding: much walking, lifting, standing reaching and bending, wiping, mopping etc.
• water proof steel toe safety shoes required, hard hat and coveralls will be provided
