Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant with an Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program and current state licensure or license eligibility. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing physical therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Conducting resident screenings and assisting in evaluations.
• Implementing treatment plans, including individual and group therapy sessions.
• Monitoring resident progress and adjusting schedules as needed.
• Training residents and staff on adaptive devices.
• Participating in education and quality assurance programs.
• Maintaining compliance with regulations and safety standards.

Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
