As a Part-Time Weekend Merchandiser at Viking Coca-Cola, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our products shine in the community. Your day will involve stocking existing shelf space and replenishing immediate consumption coolers, all while building eye-catching displays that adhere to company standards. You'll maintain merchandising excellence by rotating products for maximum freshness and keeping the back-room organized and tidy. Deliver exceptional customer service to store managers and patrons, addressing any issues while keeping open lines of communication with sales reps and drivers.

Your attention to detail will shine as you ensure cleanliness at customer locations, respond to spills or damaged products, and complete all necessary paperwork accurately. A valid driver's license and current automobile insurance are required, as you'll be using your personal vehicle for work-related tasks. Physical dexterity is key, as you'll be operating a manual pallet jack and 2- and 4-wheel carts, capable of managing loads up to 2,200 pounds.

Flexibility is crucial, as the role requires working varying hours, including weekends and holidays. Independence is a must, allowing you to work without close supervision while maintaining high standards in merchandising. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Requires ability to communicate with customers and co-workers.
• Must be able to use personal vehicle for work.
• Requires a valid driver's license with current automobile insurance and satisfactory completion of a Motor Vehicle Check according to Vehicle Safety Policy.
• Ability to operate a manual pallet jack and 2- and 4-wheel carts in order to push/pull up to 2,200 pounds.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to work independently without close supervision
