Randstad is seeking customer service professionals to join our client's Credit Card Support team in North Phoenix. We are looking for candidates who can work the 3rd shift and handle a high volume of inbound calls. If you are looking to get your foot in the door with a major financial institution and employer here in the valley, please for this temp to perm role today! Must be willing to complete training M-F 1p-10p for 7 weeks before transitioning to 3rd shift schedule. Weekends are required. Schedule availability determined at the time of offer.
salary: $19.99 - $20 per hour
shift: Third
work hours: 5 PM - 4 AM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
START DATE: Jan 13th
SCHEDULE: After 7 weeks of training M-F 1p-10p, permanent schedule would be overnight 530p-2a or 730p-4a and include a weekend day
DURATION: Temp to perm - can convert any time after 90 days!
+ Inbound Call Center: 75-100 calls per day
+ You will work as a Customer Service Rep with the company's Consumer Lending department and will be responsible for providing quality customer experience while working to resolve customer's complaints/enquiries.
+ Responsible for reviewing the customer's credit card profile, payments, reviewing accounts, assisting the customer understand their balances
