RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Educating and Advising : Use a consultative approach to educate our customers about insurance options, ensuring they have the coverage that meets their specific requirements and needs.
• Driving Growth : Develop leads, schedule your own appointments and identify opportunities to promote State Farm products and services,
• Planning : You will meet with Agent to go monthly and yearly goals as well as strategies to help attain these goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Communication Skills : Either written, verbal, or listening, effective communication is vital to success in this position.
• Detail-Oriented and Proactive : This position requires someone who pays attention to the little things and takes initiative to solve problems before one presents itself.

• Current Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health License : Must have or be willing to obtain.
• Insurance experience: Preferred, but not required for this position.
