Title: Marketing Technology Specialist

Contract: 1 year, opportunity for extension/conversion to full time

Location: 100% remote (EST/CST working hours)

Job Description:

Our client's Marketing organization is seeking a Marketing Technology Specialist with an innovative mindset to join the Sales Enablement Marketing team as a contractor. This is a remote role, available nationwide. As a contractor, you will be responsible for the implementation and optimization of marketing tools and platforms. The ideal candidate will have proven experience supporting cross-functional teams in delivering solutions that meet both business and technical objectives.

Key Role Functions:

  • Participate in the implementation and integration of marketing tools to ensure they align with business needs.
  • Gather and document detailed business requirements by engaging stakeholders across different business functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between marketing, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of product features and functionality.
  • Develop user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria to support development teams in creating solutions that meet agent needs.
  • Serve as a key stakeholder in developing marketing technology strategies that support overall business objectives, including lead generation, book of business digital, social, and direct marketing campaigns.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience supporting the implementation of SproutLoud or similar Through-Channel Marketing Automation platforms.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, product ownership, or sales with at least 2 years of experience in marketing automation or similar tools.
  • MUST understand business requirements (gathering business requirements & understanding how to use them)
  • Strong understanding of marketing workflows, digital campaigns, and multi-channel marketing strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous project management experience.
  • Experience in the IT, digital marketing, or insurance/healthcare industries.
  • Proven experience with agile and scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of API integrations, data mapping, and reporting tools is a plus.
