Qstream, the global leader in enterprise microlearning, is seeking an energetic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Program Specialist. This role will report into the Director of Product Marketing and can be remote.

Occasional travel to the Burlington, MA office will be expected.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a passionate program marketer who will help lead the planning, management and execution of revenue generating initiatives across the buyer's journey – from awareness to acquisition to revenue Qstream’s SaaS microlearning platform! This role will work closely with the marketing team as well as sales, product management and client services to design, experiment and run lead generation, nurture and account-based marketing campaigns across the marketing and sales funnel to increase conversion rates and accelerate revenue growth.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Responsibilities:

• Work with marketing, sales and client services to develop the growth marketing plan and programs in alignment with Qstream’s Go-To-Market strategy to achieve sales revenue goals.
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Product Marketing to optimize the performance of product-led content across campaigns.
• Develop and execute lead-gen, nurture and ABM campaigns across multiple digital channels including paid media, social, SEO, digital, web, email, webinars and events. 
• Research and apply the latest growth marketing and ABM techniques.
• Conduct A/B testing and experiment with novel methods and tools to drive new customer acquisition, nurture the funnel and help accelerate opportunities to closed-won deals.
• Develop, implement and optimize marketing automation workflows to streamline lead nurturing, campaign execution and reporting processes, improving efficiency across marketing channels.
• Design campaigns to promote digital content including blogs, videos, infographics, eBooks and other media to support growth.
• Work towards KPIs, analyze data to monitor revenue program performance and own the dashboard to track and report on the success and progress of all growth marketing efforts.
• Regularly report on status and progress to leadership and present recommendations on adjustments to the strategy.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in B2B growth or performance marketing with examples of previous work and results.
• Self-starter, highly motivated, ability to work independently and strong entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset.
• Account-based marketing knowledge, with experience executing targeted campaigns across diverse audiences. 
• Ability to own the lead-gen function and bring a growth mindset to every task, project and discussion. 
• Excellent writing skills and a willingness to create content for campaigns when needed. 
• Experience in enterprise SaaS-based software. HR, learning management or employee engagement technology software experience is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of high-stakes industries such as healthcare, pharma and financial services is a plus.
• Proficient with analytics and metrics reporting.
• Knowledge of and experience with various digital marketing techniques and tools.
• Experience in developing digital media content.
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to persuade and sell ideas.
• Experience using marketing technology such as HubSpot, Salesforce and WordPress.
• Experience with product-led growth is desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or technical field.
