TABC and Food Handler's Certifications
Previous Japanese restaurant experience

preferred - Will also consider 3 to 5 years of previous restaurant experience

Appearance must be clean & neat
Must be organized
Must be dedicated
Must be able to multi-task
Must be familiar with working in a high volume
