Salary: $47,000- $65,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

*Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You’d Do in This Role:

We are looking for a skilled HTML Email Developer to be a part of our 135+ person marketing team including 14 all-star Email Marketers

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have 1+ years of experience
• You have professional experience working in HTML and CSS coding
• You have experience developing email marketing campaigns using email service providers (like Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Pardot) updates and marketplace changes.
• You have the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
• You’re hungry to grow personally and professionally

What Winning Looks Like:

• Pull email marketing performance and results, updating key marketers and stakeholders on effectiveness of campaign.
• Map and keep current all email nurture journeys and alert key team members of performance, updates needed, and results.
• Regularly report on email data as it relates to Google Analytics 4
• Define email list requirements and ensure emails are delivered on time to the right audiences.
• Comply with CAN-SPAM & CCPA guidelines and help govern email list recipients.
• Provide results of A/B testing for improvements
• Monitor deliverability and help remediate blocks or IP issues.
• Track the progress of campaigns and update stakeholders during meetings.
• Manage software updates and sender and delivery profiles.
