Job Description
We are hiring for IT Project Manager in Lewisville TX (3 days Onsite)
Must have Extensive Powe BI, Metrics and Score Experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Defining Project Scope & Goals: Aligning the project with Ericsson's strategic objectives and defining clear goals.
- Detailed Project Planning: Creating schedules with milestones and deliverables.
- Coordinating Resources: Working cross-functionally with teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Managing Budgets: Tracking expenses and staying within approved project budgets.
- Monitoring Progress: Reporting on risks and progress to stakeholders.
- Leading Project Meetings: Conducting regular status reviews and risk assessments.
- Driving Communication: Ensuring effective communication across teams and clients.
- Methodologies: Applying Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall based on the project's needs.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 5+ years in project management, ideally within telecommunications, IT, or technology industries.
- Project Management Skills: Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. Strong ability to define objectives, develop plans, and manage risks.
- Communication & Leadership: Exceptional skills in influencing stakeholders, leading teams, and translating technical concepts into business terms.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana) and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams).
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or Telecommunications.
- Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Advanced Technical Knowledge: Experience with 5G, IoT, cloud solutions, or network infrastructure.
- Ericsson Knowledge: Familiarity with Ericsson's technologies is a plus.
- Additional Certifications: Agile/Scrum certifications (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP) and Lean Six Sigma.
- Global Project Experience: Experience with large-scale, global projects and understanding global compliance standards.
- Educational Background: Master’s degree in project management, Engineering, or Business Administration.
