Shift training methodology from traditional instructor-led formats to a modular, just-in-time approach for improved accessibility and efficiency. Create quick reference guides and other easy-to-digest learning materials to support on-demand learning. Must-Have Skill Sets: Experience with Salesforce and FACETS claims platform (or similar CRM systems in an operational setting).
