Currently have openings for 1st and 3rd Shift Spray Painters. Candidates much be comfortable working with a respirator.

Industrial spray painter is responsible for applying paint or other coatings to a variety of industrial surfaces. This may include metal, plastic, or other materials used in the manufacturing process.

The ideal candidate for an industrial spray painter position should have experience working with various types of paints and coatings.

The job duties of an industrial spray painter typically include:

• Preparing surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, or priming them as needed.
• Mixing paint or coatings to the desired consistency and color.
• Using spray guns or other equipment to apply paint or coatings to surfaces, ensuring an even and consistent finish.
• Adjusting spray gun settings as necessary to achieve the desired coverage and texture.
• Cleaning and maintaining spray equipment to ensure proper function and longevity.
• Following safety procedures and guidelines when working with hazardous materials.
• Communicating with other team members to ensure work is completed efficiently and effectively.
• Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Keeping accurate records of work performed, including materials used and time spent on each project.
• Continuously learning and staying up-to-date with new materials, techniques, and equipment used in the industry.
