This is an exciting Direct Hire opportunity as an HVAC/R Lab Engineer, with a competitive salary of $85,000 - $95,000 and a robust benefits package inclusive of health insurance, PTO, and a 401k plan. Join a high-tech, dynamic company that prioritizes professional growth and skill enhancement.
Role Overview:
As an HVAC/R Lab Engineer, you'll lead the lab team, manage laboratory activities, present technical reports, and contribute to problem-solving initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting tests on BLDC compressors and inverters.
• Leading the lab team and setting project milestones.
• Preparing KPI reports and providing direction on new HVAC&R products.
• Assisting in sales and quality activities and supporting marketing initiatives.
• Conducting HVAC/R experiments and looking for innovative technologies.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in reading and analyzing electric drawings.
• Knowledge of Thermodynamics in HVAC/R applications.
• Experience in Project and Team Management.
• BS/MS Degree in Electric/Electronic or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
• 8+ years' experience in Electric Motors, BLDC compressors, and Inverters in HVAC/R.
