We are seeking skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Technicians for various opportunities in markets across the country. As a Commercial HVAC Technician, your primary responsibility will be the maintenance, repair, and servicing of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial settings.

Salary Range : .50 - .50 per hour

Here’s what Skillit needs from you:

• HVAC certification or equivalent required

• Proficiency in commercial HVAC systems and associated repair and maintenance processes

• Competency in using specialized equipment, materials, and tools for HVAC servicing

• Dedication to adhering to safety protocols and effective teamwork

• Ability to work independently and efficiently to address service calls and maintenance tasks

• Consistent attendance and reliability

• Minimum age requirement: 18+

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Diagnose and resolve issues within commercial HVAC systems

• Perform routine maintenance and servicing of HVAC units and components

• Conduct tests and inspections to ensure proper functionality and compliance

• Adhere to safety standards, including compliance with OSHA regulations

• Recommend and implement upgrades or replacements of HVAC components

• Document HVAC issues and completed work, preparing detailed reports

• Coordinate and order necessary HVAC materials and components for repairs and maintenance
