About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Student Recruitment for its Higher Education Partnership. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Director of Student Recruitment in the development and delivery of the international sales strategy, as well as driving business development in line with strategic growth plans. This role involves working with a range of stakeholders, including global recruitment units, colleagues from various centers, and university partners. The Head of Student Recruitment will be tasked with driving in-region student recruitment activities, managing the sales team, training staff and agent partners, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets across different international markets. The position also requires the establishment of new business opportunities and the maintenance of excellent relationships with university partners. Applicants for the Head of Student Recruitment position must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in international recruitment and staff management, be educated to degree level, and have a proven track record of achieving outstanding performance in student recruitment. Essential skills include the ability to manage the ambiguity of organizational change, knowledge of UK-focused and international student recruitment networks, and experience in generating demand from various recruitment channels. The role demands strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to inspire and motivate others. The candidate should be IT proficient, particularly in Microsoft Office, and possess the personal attributes of self-motivation, flexibility, and adaptability.
