We are seeking an experienced and skilled Front-End Web Developer to join our Digital Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing the client-facing side of our web applications, ensuring they are functional, visually appealing, and optimized for an exceptional user experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, improve, and optimize multiple websites for performance and usability.
• Enhance website structure and foundation with a focus on user experience and responsive design.
• Utilize a fluid grid system and flexible visuals to deliver standout responsive web designs.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to build cohesive, logical websites.
• Gather user feedback and implement solutions to improve functionality and engagement.
• Assist back-end developers with front-end integration and troubleshoot coding issues.
• Stay updated on emerging web technologies and best practices to incorporate into projects.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with JavaScript , HTML5 , CSS3 , and front-end frameworks..
• Proficiency in WordPress development with at least 3 years of experience, including custom themes, plugins, and expertise with widely used page builders like Elementor.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser & cross-device compatibility.
• Familiarity with browser testing, debugging, and optimization techniques.
• In-depth knowledge of the web development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
• Solid understanding of key web design principles and SEO optimization techniques .
• Excellent analytical, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with ClickFunnels as a page-building tool.
• Familiarity with Shopify as an eCommerce platform.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Aventura, FL , with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Occasional additional hours may be required based on project needs.
