We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced Executive Assistant to join our vibrant team in the Non-Profit sector. You will provide comprehensive administrative support to our high-level executive team, ensuring the smooth operation of our business. This role demands a high degree of professionalism, superior organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will play a critical role in coordinating projects, managing schedules, and ensuring our office operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide top-level administrative support to the executive team, handling confidential information with discretion.
2. Manage complex calendars, arrange meetings and appointments, and provide reminders for the executives.
3. Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information, ensuring all projects are completed on time.
4. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
5. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for consideration and presentation to the executive team.
6. Liaise with internal departments and external organizations, fostering positive relationships.
7. Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
8. Implement and maintain office administrative systems, procedures, and policies.
9. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations using the Microsoft Office Suite.
10. Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the executive team and internal departments, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in the finance industry.
2. Proven experience in administrative support and project management.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
4. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
8. Experience in managing and maintaining schedules effectively.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
