Apex Systems is currently assisting our top hospital client in the Philadelphia area with their search for a Clindoc Analyst . This is a direct-hire role where the selected candidate will work directly on the payroll of our end client from day one. Clindoc Analyst Full-Time Permanent Position Hybrid: 3 Days per Week On-site in Philadelphia Expected Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 annually Job Description: Defines and documents system scope and objectives based on knowledge of the clinical documentation systems and user needs. Develops system specifications, performs system design across a variety of applications, and executes system test plans. Anticipates problems, provides solutions to complex problems with the necessary priorities, and presents the solution to the business partners. Manages components of medium to large, complex size clinical documentation system projects, provides mentoring of system analysts, and provides support of others on clinical documentation system projects. Ideal Experience: General experience with large, complex healthcare implementations and with healthcare clinical documentation systems. 3 years of experience in clinical documentation systems. 5 years of experience in a related role, of which 3 are in a healthcare/hospital environment. General experience with a variety of healthcare clinical documentation standards and regulations.
