Job Description

*Locum Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Physician – Marshfield, WI*

We are seeking *ABEM-certified* emergency medicine physicians for *locum* coverage at a *Level III Trauma Center* located within a *tertiary Level II hospital* in Marshfield, WI. This role involves working in a *combined Emergency Department (ED) and Urgent Care (UC) setting* with *140 patients per shift* across *38 beds*.

*Position Details:*
* *Shifts:* Variable 12-hour shifts:
* *6 AM – 6 PM & 6 PM – 6 AM (7 days/week)*
* *Double coverage shifts:*
* Monday – Friday: *10 AM – 10 PM*
* Saturday – Sunday: *11 AM – 10 PM*
* *Locum will typically be scheduled for 12-hour shifts*
* *APC Support:* At least one *Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) in UC* daily from *7:30 AM – 12 AM* with additional overlapping shifts.
* *No call requirement*

*Coverage Needs:*
* Looking for a *flexible locum* comfortable covering *nights* and available to cover *other shifts as needed*.
* Need *2 FTE* coverage (1 FTE = *11 shifts/month*).
* Some locum coverage is already in place, but *additional shifts* need to be filled.

*Requirements:*
* *Board Certification:* *ABEM required*
* *Certifications:* ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
* *Experience in Emergency Medicine/Urgent Care setting*
* *Real-time Mobile Time Clock Usage (GPS preferred)*

*Additional Details:*
* *First shift will be dedicated to orientation, scheduled on a Monday if feasible.*
