• Ability to create pixel-perfect digital representations of email designs across a variety of email clients.
• Collaborate with the design and development teams to create visually appealing emails.
• Execute appropriate mobile and dark mode responsiveness.
• Drive innovation in coding practices to streamline and optimize execution.
• Assist in the maintenance of dynamically constructed email systems.
• Stay updated with the front-end development trends, tools, and technologies.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve user experience.
• Proof creative content, code integrity, and ADA compliance to maintain standards of accuracy and accessibility across email marketing campaigns.
• Review project timelines and help ensure deadlines are met.

• Proficiency in HTML /CSS (JavaScript a plus).
• Understanding of similarities and differences among email clients in order to code with consistent results.
• Proficiency with fluid responsive design and media queries.
• Understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
• Knowledgeable of WCAG 2.1 ADA best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Understanding of Email on Acid and Litmus a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and other team members.
