As a Dispatcher, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their fuel when they need it.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate Deliveries: Schedule and dispatch drivers to ensure timely fuel deliveries.
• Inventory Monitoring: Use remote monitoring systems to track customer fuel tank levels, scheduling deliveries to prevent shortages and optimize routes.
• Route Optimization: Plan efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and reduce fuel costs.
• Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer delivery inquiries and updates.
• Driver Support: Provide real-time support to drivers, addressing any issues or changes during their routes.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of delivery schedules, driver logs, and inventory levels.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth coordination across departments.

What We're Looking For:

• Prior experience in dispatching, logistics, or a related role is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in dispatch software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fuel delivery logistics is a plus.
