Job Description

Athios is seeking a skilled and experienced CRM Developer to join our team in supporting the National Security Division (NSD). As a CRM Developer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and functionality of systems to support the mission of the NSD in combating terrorism and other threats to national security.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Responsible for design, development, and modifications to extend capabilities of the ServiceNow platform to optimize use of the modules to include but not limited to ITSM, ITBM and SPM for NSD business processes.
• Provides development and maintenance of Salesforce as a case/matter management platform. This includes the use of native Salesforce applications, custom developed workflows, and Application Programming Interface from a variety of resources, including, but not limited to: Litify/LegalStratus: Legal Matter Management Salesforce Native Application, iPublic Sector Foundations, Salesforce CRM Analytics Plus, Flosum (Dev Ops), Additional integration with mission partner data repositories (e.g. Max.gov).

REQUIRED:

• 10+ years of experience with CRM systems development
• Proficiency with the configuration, support, and maintenance of ServiceNow.
• Proficiency with the configuration, support, and maintenance of Salesforce.
• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Active Top Secret, required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Candidate must be able to function in general office environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $90.00 - $105.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
