On-site CRM & AI Systems Specialist Naperville, IL $70,000 – 90,000/year Job Overview: We’re looking for an intellectually curious professional with a passion for managing CRM systems, exploring AI technologies, and experimenting with new tools to help the team on-site in our Naperville, IL office. You’ll play a key role in optimizing our tech stack and connecting systems to streamline marketing, sales, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: * AI Tool Research & Implementation: Lead the research, selection, and integration of AI technologies to enhance marketing and sales processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, and customer experience. * CRM Optimization: Manage and optimize our CRM systems, primarily Salesforce, leveraging AI-driven solutions to streamline sales workflows and improve customer engagement. * Systems Integration: Ensure seamless integration of AI tools, CRM systems, and other technologies within the tech stack, facilitating efficient data flow and enhancing overall system performance. * AI Experimentation & Testing: Conduct experiments to test the latest AI tools and technologies, analyzing results to drive continuous improvement in sales and marketing operations. * Collaboration with Tech Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, and IT) to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements and implement innovative technical solutions. * Stay on the Cutting Edge: Keep abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies, bringing new, high-impact solutions to the organization to continuously advance our tech capabilities.
