Salary: $250,000 - $300,000 per year
A bit about us:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Controller. Ideally, this will be a track towards CFO.
This is a unique opportunity to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment where you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company. You will be involved in managing tax, monthly reporting, treasury, ledger, cash flow, financials, fixed assets, GL, financial statements, fixed asset accounting, real estate, and software. This will be leading a high-functioning Accounting and Finance team. Prior management experience is 100% necessary.

Job Details
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's preferred)
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with prior public accounting experience
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position, with a proven track record of success.
Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and financial reporting software.
Robust knowledge in the areas of tax, monthly reporting, treasury, ledger, cash flow, financials, fixed assets, GL, financial statements, fixed asset accounting, real estate, and software.
Strong knowledge of finance law and regulatory standards (GAAP).
Strong understanding of economic and banking processes.
Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to develop and guide a team.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated leadership ability, confidence, and executive presence – ability to motivate staff.
