We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent with multi-family or commercial project experience to join a leading General Contractor in Los Angeles, California. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all phases of multi-family or commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

In this role, you will manage daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure strict compliance with safety protocols. Your ability to effectively communicate with clients, architects, and project teams will be essential for fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of multi-family and commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and local industry standards.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and resolve on-site issues in a timely manner.
• Supervise and mentor on-site staff and subcontractors.

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in multi-family or commercial construction projects.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, PMP) are a plus.
