Job Summary:

As a Clubhouse Security Guard, you will play a critical role in upholding our reputation by ensuring the safety and security of attendees, staff, and property. This position requires professionalism, attentiveness, and the ability to maintain a secure environment.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring access points to restricted areas such as the dugout and player facilities.
• Enforcing venue policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Responding promptly to security incidents, emergencies, or alarms.
• Conducting regular patrols to ensure the integrity of assigned areas.
• Assisting with crowd control and ensuring orderly conduct of guests.
• Collaborating with other security personnel and staff to coordinate security efforts.

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid Florida Class D Security Officer license.
• Proven experience as a security guard, preferably in a sports or entertainment venue.
• Excellent observational and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Physical agility and stamina to stand, walk, and occasionally lift and move objects.
• Availability to work all remaining Miami Marlins games in the current season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to pass a background and drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with athletes or high-profile individuals.
• Training in first aid, CPR, or emergency response protocols.
• Knowledge of basic security and safety protocols in a sports venue setting.
• Work effectively in a team and collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Maintain flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
