Based in Eagan, MN, Bay & Bay is currently offering highly compensated truck driving opportunities for OTR Drivers, moving loads up and down I-35 and to the East, reaching from Texas to portions of the Northeast, Southeast and throughout the Midwest. We have terminals in both Burnsville, MN and Denton, TX!

• Industry leading pay average $1,200 - $1,800 every week!
• New Pay Package: $1.40 to $2.00 CPM starting plus FSC (option to convert to 687% upon completion of 90 days under contract and a review of business performance)

Equipment:

• Outstanding and well-equipped late model tractors and trailers

• 2019 or newer Kenworth T-680 or Freightliner Cascadia Trucks (sometimes we have older trucks available)
• All are 72 with Double Bunk Sleeper
• Mostly Automatic Transmission
• 100% Reefer Trailers
• APU or AutoStart/stop and inverter in most inventory
• In cab scanning

What to Expect:

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age
• 1-year OTR Tractor/Trailer experience
• No more than 4 minor moving violations within the last 3 years
• No more than 2 minor incidents within the last 3 years
