Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Business Analyst for a C2C opportunity in Richmond, VA. This role has the potential to extend over multiple years, with the chance to transition to a direct hire position with our client. Short Description

• In office at client location - 1401 East Broad Street, Richmond, VA - at least 3 days per week.
• Long term position for a year or longer.
• Requires IT Technical Writing Experience.

Complete Description

• 10 years of proven experience in systems documentation, including source code, technical documentations such as user documentation, how-to guides, integration guides, computer systems operation guides, and product specifications that enhance the digital platform experience.
• Translate Developer documentation into a technical document that is understandable for all, including business users.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• Experience collaborating with other technical experts, such as engineers and software developers, to ensure the information provided is accurate and easy to understand.
• Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts.
• Strong research and analytical skills and very detail-oriented.
• Experience developing large scale training for users on new systems or applications, including training plans, documentation, user guides, job aids, etc.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines.
• Excellent technical writing skills and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office or Google Docs.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines. Required
• Proven experience in systems documentation, including source code and technical documents such as user documentation and how-to guides. Required - 10 Years
• Ability to analyze and document business system processes. Required - 6 Years
• Technical experience translating client and product strategy requirements. Required - 6 Years
• Experience developing large scale training for users on new systems or applications, including training plans, documentation, user guides, job aids. Required - 6 Years
