About the Job

• Duration: 3 Months Contract (possibility of extension)
• Location: Hybrid- Richmond, VA
• Pay rate: Hourly, depending on experience

Qualifications:

• Long term position for a year or longer.
• 10+ years of proven experience in systems documentation to include source code, technical documentations including user documentation, how-to guides, integration guides, computer systems operation guides and product specifications that increase the experience of the digital platform.
• Translate Developer documentation into a technical document for all to understand, including business users.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Information technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• Experience working with other technical experts, such as engineers and software developers, to ensure that the information they provide is accurate and easy to understand.
• Understand and explain complex technical concepts.
• Strong research and analytical skills and very detail oriented.
• Experience developing large scale training for users on new systems or applications to include training plans, documentation, user guides, job aids, etc.
• Ability to undertake multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines.
• Excellent technical writing skills and verbal communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office or Google Docs.
