Join our client's team as a Construction Bookkeeper/Administrator , where you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial and administrative backbone of their growing company. Key Responsibilities: Perform bookkeeping and data entry tasks, including financial reporting, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Manage vendor documents such as W9s, vendor packets, and daily mail. Facilitate vendor and client communications. Handle clerical and administrative duties, including filing, greeting visitors, and managing the reception desk. Run errands such as filing and picking up permits. Ensure confidentiality and maintain a professional manner in all interactions. Requirements: Experience: 2 years in construction finance. Technical Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks specific to construction, Excel, and Word. Knowledge: Understanding of cost codes, materials, and invoices with the ability to visualize and connect the dots between them.
