What You’ll Do:

• Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor ABA Therapists and RBTs to implement therapy goals.
• Monitor client progress, update goals, and adapt treatment plans as needed.
• Provide caregiver training to support skill generalization and consistency.
• Deliver services in-person or through telehealth sessions to meet client needs.

What You Bring:

• Current BCBA Certification (required).
• Master’s degree in Psychology, ABA, or a related field.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for in-home visits.
• Compassionate, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in in-home ABA services (preferred).
