Ultimate Staffing is looking for a dynamic and passionate Admissions Recruiter to join our client's team at their University's new site in San Jose, CA. Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement student recruitment strategies for our client's new San Jose site.
· Attend high school and college fairs, organize campus tours, and conduct virtual presentations to engage prospective students.
· Build relationships with guidance counselors, community leaders, and underrepresented groups to increase diversity.
· Advise students on admission requirements, financial aid options, and academic programs, providing personalized support throughout the application process.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials (emails, brochures, social media) and maintain consistent messaging.
· Track and analyze recruitment data, reporting trends to senior management for strategy adjustments.
· Plan and coordinate on-campus and off-campus events, including open houses and orientation programs.
· Work with academic departments to align recruitment efforts with specific program offerings and answer questions from prospective students.

Qualifications (Preferred):
· Requires Bachelor's degree, 1+ years of recruitment or customer service experience, strong communication, data analysis, and event planning skills.
· Must be flexible with hours and able to travel for recruitment activities.
· Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract prospective students.
· Flexible hours, with potential evening or weekend commitments for events.
· Willingness to travel for outreach and recruitment activities.
· Ability to handle peak recruitment seasons and high workloads.
