• Ensure the timely filing and maintenance of business records.
• Monitor and analyze department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Serve as backup for setting up vendors, process A/P invoices, create PO's, and issue checks.
• Maintain an organized set of detailed records and files to document financial transactions.
• Verifies the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records as assigned.
• Performs other duties as assigned or required.
